• All rates are standard and final.

• Previously agreed rates must be in writing.

• Agency rates must be listed on agency agreement document on agency letterhead.

• Invoice required for billings over $300.

• All billings are paid directly post-event or upon receipt of invoice. 

• Invoices must be sent to Susan.Kemp@LondonberryMedia.com within 3 days of bookings.
